Somebody over at the Paradox Interactive forums described the XBox One perfectly, it is an attempt to corner the American college frat boy market. The PS4 is at least somewhat focused on being a gaming console.

With that being said, PC all the way. Firstly, it is upgradable down the road, gaming PCs are already more advanced than the console, reverse compatible (for the most part), far more games to choose from, no extra fee for online play, you can already watch TV on it, because, well you have the entire internet.

The console era is coming to an end. I'm sticking with my 360/PS3 for the upcoming sports titles because the PS4/XB1 releases will have growing pains as per usual.

I'm going to keep using my PS3 and I'll pick up a PS4 sometime next year.
