we need a zoomed in camera for Next Gen!

After watching the few videos we got from E3 I think the camera is still too far zoomed out. I want to be in the action. Not quiet first person view but something in between. Hopefully we get a camera we can customize like we used to have. What do you think?

Mike Young (creative director for Madden) announced in a podcast "that the current zoom cam that we have for M13 will be tweaked in M25."

whatcha think about the ncaa14 zoom cam mad?.. I liked it and how bout the camera angle we saw in the next gen practice video w/AP?.. that was a solid angle too IMO

I like the way the ncaa zoom cam looked.Thought M25 next gen was even better!!Been on twitter trying to get folks to record a M25 vid at E3 in zoom......I worried the hell out of the devs for them to fix/tweak the zoom cam in M13.Seems like it all paid off "they listened."Cant wait to get my paws on it to see how it feels in game!!That would be the ultimate judgement.

well for me , if the zoomed camera wont go behind the defense when your on defense its just absolutley worthless to me . i dont understand how they expect you to play d like that unless u only user the LE,RE, or DT. im not sure how many recall this , but i personally loved the camera they had in madden 10 , for online co-op games. it really gave you the feeling of you actually being on the field, and the guy you were usering , you would react to what he could see. Personally it was my favorite camera ever in madden. the only thing i felt it needed to be made really great , was if it woulda allowed you to look around you when you were on defense, like somehow maybe pressing in L3(ps4) and looking around (moving camera around) with right stick , so u could look to your left , or right or even slightly behind you. to me that would be the ultimate zoomed camera. i wish they would bring it back .Then people would really be testing their real football skills. Only be based on what they could see as the player they were usering.i loved that camera on offense, when passing , i felt like i really had a qbs view of the field and had to search for the open wr.i only hope the tweeking they did to zoomed camera is like they had it in madden 10 online co-op.

From what I played at E3, I think if your a guy who likes to run between the tackles, you will like the "zoom" style cam in Next Gen Madden 25.

yes sir you knocked that door right in man. and I for one am glad and appreciate all your work and time because when it comes down to it we all are the beneficiaries of a better camera angle. The more I watch the ncaa zoom AND the coordinator cam the more I like them both. im a zoom camera guy but its nice to have quality options to go to if you get bored or just wanna switch it up. It keeps the game fresh. And I agree the next-gen view was tight as hell. What better way to show off that new engine and o-line play than with a beautiful camera angle. I cant lie though i'm not gonna stop till we finally have a custom camera. Both NCAA and Madden gotta have this in next gen.

I hope that zoom cam for the Next-Gen demo is not default. I respect the opinion of people who like the zoom camera, but I like what NCAA and M25 current gen have done by pulling the default camera back so we can see the whole field. (I LOVE the NCAA coordinator cam and really wish EA would put that in Madden 25)
