Is the coach job offer system just completely busted?

I've simmed the first season and demanded my release about 20 times now.

- It's always one or two offers from Bears, Saints or Bengals
- Once I saw Lions
- Once I saw Texans

Simmed 7 seasons then tried again. No offer. Reloaded it,simmed another season and demanded release. No offer. Another. No offer. Again. No offer.

But I look in News Center and coaches are getting fired or retiring.

Work around if anyone is interested

1. Take note of which teams fired their coach after the regular season. It's usually 2-4 teams.
2. Demand your release
3. Keep advancing. You will not be offered a job. It will ask you to retire.
4. Pick/create new coach. Pick one of the teams that fired their coach.

Note: You will take over after re-signing period and a week into free agency.

I have the exact same problem, it is so annoying. I have played my CFM up to 2018 and I still haven't seen any job offers releasing from my team every 2 years.
