Madden 13 0r Madden 25?

I've decided that I really want a football game but I'm undecided on which one. I don't know whether to buy Madden 13 now or wait till the end of the month for Madden 25. From what you've seen is Madden 25 a new game or very similar to 13?

Dude..Madden 25 for sure. You can`t even change jersey numbers in 13. Why buy a game a year old when the new one drops in 3 weeks?

By Madden standards,M25 should be a fairly good game sans the slew of issues '13 had.As far as a cheaper, recent ,older title '12 is only around $12 over here in the states last I saw.The other thread on this page will tell you that many thought more of that title than '13.You're certain to get varied opinions on that though.

This is the first year I will not be buying Madden on day one. I am going to try the demo and read a lot of reviews before even thinking about putting the $60+ towards another iteration.

Well usually maddens don't vary a lot within a couple of years, I was wondering if it was worth paying an extra £25 for what could be essentially the same game

I went out last night and bought 2k5 and a transfer cable for the updated rosters and could not be happier.
Im tieredb of EA always getting my money for there garbage, maybe when game play gets fixed Ill think about again, Ill take take onfield gameplay over graphics any day.

As a previous poster mentioned, your probably asking the wrong question. 13 & 25 will be essentially the same game with 25 being the newer, improved version. 13, however, was very different from 12. If you wanna go cheap, 12 is a solid game and has more features than 13. If you want the new things that 13 brought then you need to wait and go for 25.

13 should NOT be your choice.

I would wait about a week and play the Madden 25 demo (and the Madden 13 demo) and then decide which one you want to get. I loved the NCAA demo this year and Madden 25 should be similar, so I'm really excited for the Madden demo.
