Quick Warning about Connected Franchise!!

Turn off relocation for all teams if you know whats good for you. I just started my connected franchise and week 1 of the regular season of my first year the Raiders had a new stadium build in Chicago with a new team named "The Chicago Blues" and The Buccaneers relocated also. I mean, I can see if that happened year 7 or something. Week 1 Year 1?

I don't blame the option for that. Think about this...

Elementary school gym class. Your teacher usually has a plan for some of the students to do this activity, some to do that activity, and its organized that only certain kids can do a certain activity for the class.

Then you turn the "all teams" option on. Teacher says to the kids, "Ok, you can now do whatever you want with no restrictions." Sure some will go off with other children and be organized, but others will take advantage and just play by themselves and choose the weirdest thing to do.

That's what the relocation option does. Normal is with a teacher and everything works out. "all teams" is everyone running a muck. It's doing exactly what it was designed to do.

Funny. The Raiders have gone back to LA in both of my two test runs during the season ticket but haven't moved in this one.

Even with the relocation set to "Normal" I have seen quite a few moves in a couple years.

Agreed. I find it funny how the headlines always revolve around one team, even if you're moving, too.

What are the options? Is it a toggle or are their more options than what is equivalent to on and off for the CPU teams?

If their are options that would equate to off, realistic, and chaotic, I would very much agree with you.

If the CPU teams have only options of NORMAL and ALL TEAMS, then I say it may be working as designed, but it was then designed very poorly. It's very unrealistic for two NFL teams to move in the same year, especially if someone is in year one of their franchise. Which implies two teams every year (I realize this won't happen, even in madden, just showing how unrealistic this design is).

I can't check for myself right now, so someone please help me with the actual relocation options. Thanks!!!

"All teams" just means that they don't have to wait for their popularity to fall below 20 to be eligible for relocation.
