Do you think these (updated) rosters or the default rosters would be better to use for a fantasy draft franchise?

I am starting one tomorrow evening, and rosters are an important aspect of the draft..

Do you think it would be ideal to use the current ones, or best to use defaults?

Also, just to clarify. Is this the exact roster that is downloaded when logging onto EA's servers?

I've been away from Madden for awhile now (a friend had my game), and have to get back into the swing of things.
