WR Stance in Madden 25

I have took notice throughout the recent Madden games that I've played, the WR stance is all off. Your inside foot (foot closest to the quarterback) is always suppose to be going forward. I know some may think I am nit picking, but "if it's in the game" it should be in the game.

Also, it's kind of pathetic that the animation for sending w/r in motion is still jacked up after all these years. If they run across the formation they don't step back enough. They run into the o-line as they pass by. 2K had motion perfectly replicated. Just a minor detail, but these things take away from the realism and detract from the game. Anyone who uses motion will notice immediately.

Re: WR Stance in Madden 25

now madden 13 12 every other year the WR that motions seems to run right into the TE or a OL and causes a false start and with the hurry up offences is garbage just saying.

Most wide receivers in the NFL just put their right foot forward if I'm not mistaken. At least that is how they do it in Pittsburgh.

Re: WR Stance in Madden 25

When I was a GA in college, we always had the receiver's inside foot forward so his first step could threaten the outside (for the most dangerous route to a defender...the 9/go/fly/fade). The Top Gun QB and WR Academy teaches the same technique based off of the Multiple West Coast Offense (Norm Chow's version). Needless to say, in all my years playing and coaching as a WR and WRs coach, I never was coached (or coached a receiver myself) to have the inside foot being the first to go forward.

OP said it wrong, he meant "supposed to be forward" not "be going". You're saying the same thing, receivers' stances are mixed up in Madden.

it's definitely not nitpicking you just said it wrong lol
pause at 23 seconds: http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-game-h...din-highlights

Both receivers on the left have their right foot forward, and all 3 receivers on the right have their left foot forward, or the INSIDE foot in front, in all 5 cases. Their outside foot will be the first to GO forward.

Re: WR Stance in Madden 25

The WR motioning is also frustrating in the game. How you can't motion a WR to the the Lineman box and back to check the coverage.
