Player Development Trait working Backwards for me

This may vary well be addressed, but I am just seeing this.

22 yr old Trent Richardson has Superstar Development and gets 750 XP for 150 Rushing Yards
26 yr old LeGarrette Blount has Normal Development and gets 1,155 XP for 150 Rushing Yards

24 yr old Jimmy Graham with Superstar Development gets 134 XP for 10 Catches
26 yr old Ed Dickson with Normal Development gets 808 XP for 10 Catches

Can any1 else confirm this or know if this has been addressed??

Re: Player Development Trait working Backwards for me

I have the same problem

tyron smith (superstar) getting less points for milestones and weeklies than weems (normal)

also
Murray (superstar) getting less than Dunbar (slow) and Randle (normal)

so now all my superstars are handicapped, and all my JAGS are now my future starters.

There is a development trait that coaches can get which gives your guys more xp. The two superstars here have rookie coaches (Sean Payton not in the game) while the two shlubs have superbowl coaches. Look for that trait.

As far as I have observed, development trait does no longer effect the goals XP (even if it says it does, this is just one of many non-fixed description errors in the game). As far as I can tell, the trait now only reduces prices of attribute packages

all the guys I listed though are on the same team under Garret

I didn't check the price of stat upgrades for players. but cheaper stats combined with less xp doesn't really give a superstar any inherent advantage.

this was in an offline xbox CFM, can anyone see if they DON'T have this issue ? just to determine if it's just some cases or the same for all ?

Re: Player Development Trait working Backwards for me

No no no, this is because the players getting more XP have lower ratings than the guys getting the less XP thus, are projected to do more and need to achieve more to get more XP. Also it could that both those players arent listed as starters on their respective teams as well.

Re: Player Development Trait working Backwards for me

I still cant figure this out. I edit the ratings before entering a ccm so the normal and superstar player are the same rating, I can't find any place, milstones/weeklies/upgrade xp etc... where a superstar player has any advantage.
