Gotta love how Joe Flacco (hell any QB ) can run the read option successfully ...

I mean... seriously... does more need to be said

I really REALLY miss the days of Madden 10 where online play was semi-fair

Now exploits run rampant... legacy issues remain... is there ANY hope for Madden 25 at this point?

Nope. You sound very wound up. Just wait for GTA so you can kill some people. You will feel better then. LOL. Online be prepared for non sim exploits and money plays. It's all these fools know to do if all else fails they will pull the plug.

It's just so frustrating knowing the intricacies of football (and taking the time to learn them) only for Madden to laugh at me when I align with proper gap control because a guy runs a QB Wrap with Bob Griffin for 60 yards. The cheeser that runs the play has no clue what he's calling and is simply just calling random plays that have a high success rate within the video game.

Nothing - and I mean NOTHING is more frustrating than that.

I only play offline CFM, but I've seen some unlikely teams run the read option. Absolutely ridiculous.

How much better would this game be if you could use classic rosters online. I would like to see people try that on 85 bears 95 cowboys 2002 bucs etc etc

Uh try using LT then A button as it all but eliminates the QB on read option plays...the read is definately not an exploit as its quite easy to contain

Agree with dat swag. Adjust your defense. Read option is quite easy to stop once you learn how.

Read Option button "LT-A (QB Contain), LT-B (HB-Contain)", if you can't stop something don't call it an exploit. Take a look at what you're doing/not doing (seemingly in this case) before you run to a forum complaining about something that is not exploitive,

If you had said this last year maybe (because you couldn't set your containment like we can now).
