No, tape is only white, but they have black and TC wristbands. they do have black tape max, but no TC tape at all. the regular and lite tape are the ones you see most on non lineman players.

The sleeves are the most annoying part because imo the regular long sleeve is hideous in madden and the no sleeve makes the players look so much better and more realistic. So they have the two options, one looks more realistic than the other but then they give the players all the wrong sleeves.

Compared to the "sleeveless" look



I actually change most of my players pads to sleeveless because it looks so much better.

Vs real life (WR sleeves, QB sleeves)

But in Madden Julio and Ryan wear the same sleeves default.
