JA: We’ve added hundreds more heads to the game for rookies and Pro Bowl players and have gone back in and recreated all coaches and quarterbacks.

When he says this is he referring to the star players in the league or is the pro bowl making a return to CCM?

He's the art director...he doesn't work on gameplay.

The thing that makes the new sidelines better than before is the characters’ ability to avoid collisions with players coming off of the field.

I would say that addresses it.

Re: New Madden next gen interview

Only question I had was.... Will it look anything like the promo video.

The answer is no....

The graphic upgrade althought not that extreme could be fun, but the gameplay looks like it's advancing nowhere.

That gives me some hope for next gen Madden!

I guess smoother is ALWAYS better but I don't WANT smooth "animations". I NEED smooth physics.

Some of the stuff stated about Madden "improvements" is so bunk, in context. For example I'm pretty sure Mario's movements are smoother on the Nintendo Wii than on the Super Nintendo but neither are realistic, lol.

EA Tiburon continues to tout having the prettiest pig in a human fashion show. Our animations are not realistic but they are the smoothest unrealistic animations to date, WTF? LOL
