I have an issue connecting to madden share. I have a gold membership on xbox live and have no issues with any other game. Doesanyone have any ideas why i am getting errors every time i try to connect?

When i click on maden share it says we are unable to connect to the ea servers. Its been doing this for a month now, i can download the newest roster updates but not any custom stuff. I thought i heard it was a known problem, but i cant find any other people having an issue

Sadly, i cant get anyone from EA to help me. Ive tried reseting my cache, deleting the update and downloading it again, and adding rules to my firewall. Im thinking it might have something to do with the origin/EA email thing? Frustrating because i would love to play some classic roster sets
