In my third year of my franchise, the creditors decided to foreclose on my team (Giants). I don't know why though, I was 10 mil in debt at most, I won the Super Bowl the year before, and I had 7 mil in cap room. I was able to buy the 49ers and still have over 90 mil left so it wasn't that bad, but I was just wondering how they decide which teams to foreclose on.
