Owner Mode Question

Can you fire and hire coaches or relocate your team before the first season or do you have to play a complete season before you can do any of that?

You can initiate relocation in season one but you won't be relocated until the start of year 2

If you don't make the playoffs you can fire your coach at the beginning of the playoffs and then there a few periods of coach hiring. It is kinda stupid though because besides current coaches that have been fired and legacy coaches (like Mike Ditka) they are all made up people. I remember on PS2 they had every single assistant available!

Just another example of ea getting lazy. Hiring OC DC and ST coordinators was the best part of the offseason. I loved signing the worst teams st coordinator and making him my HC. Was such a cluster f of a team. But fun. They better bring it back next year. No excuses not to

Just as josefrees say....The earlies is during the playoffs if you miss the post season
