CC olb's moving to de's?

Hey I noticed that when you make a new coach sometimes your olbs move to the de position and was wondering if there is a way to get a de to an olb by making a new coach?

Where are you seeing OLBs moved to DE by making a new coach?

You can edit the roster before starting your franchise, and once you start it when you hit the offseason you can change their position.

I remade my coach for the ravens because I forgot to pick the right playbooks and when I did the game had moved Suggs to a de and Ngata from dt to de. Mainly wondering because I drafted a guy thats a de but makes a great olb.

You can change your playbooks whenever you want by going to the strategy menu.

Speaking of that how do I change the audibles for my playbook? I always use the Redskins playbook but would like to use different audibles than the ones provided for me in my franchise.

Re: CC olb's moving to de's?

I drafted a 4-3 DE speed rusher for the rams but he was only a 77 overall. I traded him to the Saints for their OLB who was in a 3-4 scheme. Since I run both the saints and rams, I changed the rams scheme to a 3-4 scheme for my new OLB and changed the DE for the saints to an OLB and When I changed his position he was an 84 overall. I found out if there is a player you like you may need to play around with position changes in the offseason and see what ratings they get and change to the scheme that gives them the best rating overall.

I also notice when I'm scouting, OLB that are not 6'4-6-'5 and not Weighing 246lbs and up will not fit the 3-4 scheme. I tested this when I changed my OLB height and weight in NCAA 14.

So they can change from de-olb by changing the scheme?

In the main menu there is a playbook creator/editor, you select the redskins playbook, change the audibles and save it as a custom playbook that you select pre game
