Madden 25 strange online franchise issue

Hi all, was wondering if anyone might know anything about a problem I have encountered in an online franchise I play in with a friend. I hope I am not posting in the wrong section.

We are in the middle of an online connected careers league. We are both coaches. We are in week 13, and every attempt at playing the Eagles vs Arizona results in both of our PS3's locking up. On a side note, every Eagles home game has been played in rain for some reason.

We then tried my friends Steelers vs. Ravens game, also in week 13, and it worked fine, so there are no issues with our connections. We tried the Eagles vs Cardinals again, but again, it froze. We decided to auto skip that game thinking that maybe there was a glitch with it. We then tried the week 14 game, Eagles vs Lions. That too, froze. I have tried loading with, and without my custom play book, deleted my profile, left the league and re entered, but nothing has worked. Is there anything else I can try on my end? Why are only the Eagles games locking up my playstation? I can't make any sense of this and wondered if anyone else had hear of an issue like this. Very frustrated.

I've just encountered almost the exact same thing this weekend on ps4. Everything seems fine except for 1 offline franchise.

Did you send a player to IR that wasn't really out for the rest of the season?

At the beginning of the season, I had a back up offensive lineman go down for the entire regular season. The only way he could play is if I reached the super bowl. I did put him on the ir. Would that cause an issue?

nope no clue as to why other than leaving it open for a while. All my other franchises work fine.

I know there is a legacy bug using depth chart in game if one of your guys on IR has actually recovered from the injury. It freezes all the time.

Well after much frustration we decided to restart our season. I'll keep that issue in mind in the future. Thanks!

I just wanted to follow up on this. We we re started our league and once we got to the Cardinals - Eagles game, the game froze again. Also, every home game for the Eagles was played in the rain. We played the Ravens - Steelers game of the same week with no issues. I don't know how a game gets released with issues like this, but I'm guessing we are sol, as there won't be any other fixes coming. Does anyone else play every home game in the rain?
