No and no. Returned the game to Redbox after three days and imo its not worth a $65 purchase

As far as Penalties being called its better than it has been, but your not going to see DPI calls very often, basically hardly ever. I have had 1 PDI and 1 OPI and I have probably played 10 full games.

You definitely wont see any blocked punts or kicks in the game.

Gameplay wise with the right slider adjustments its pretty good as far as thats concerned.

Sim stats is franchise mode is messed up and QB's dont have enough yards or TD passes.

Personally if you dont have the game I wouldnt buy it and I would wait to see if they patch the Sim stats atleast. My guess is Last Gen consoles wont see any Patch. I will be shocked if last gen sees a patch anyway, EA has never been known to do right, so it will definitley be a shock if they start now.

As far as blocking kicks/punts and the fixing of penalties, thats never been right so you can guarantee that wont be fixed even if they do patch the last gen game.

Sim Stats is whats really upsetting me, this should be the easiest thing to get right, yet EA cant even get that right. You would think by now they could atleast get that right.

My buddy blocked an extra point on me just last night. He timed it just right, and my kick went right off his facemask as he was charging by me.
