Madden 10 is still the best.

The overused Tyree helmet catch.......monotone Tom and Chris......as stated above, inability to sack due to qb's getting rid of the ball so quickly.......hurry up offense not really hurried up...lame halftime show...I could go on. It was an improvement from the Ortiz garbage, and a great first effort from Ian and co., but nothing to write home about.

This had nothing to do with abusing plays. It was just an issue with the game.

I do think they patched it, so it probably got better, but I think I only played a few games after that happened. I played the hell out of Madden 10 for the first 3 weeks...then I went back to Madden 08 on the PC until Madden 12 came out.

For some reason the ps3 version of madden 10 appeared to have better gameplay, less buggy I guess. A smoother more polished game.

I'll give '10 the edge in terms of presentation for this generation, but I still prefer '12's gameplay. (Though I did like having Madden Moments on the disc for '10)

I can't put a finger on it but I felt also that the ps3 version of '10 seemed better while the 360 version of '12 for some reason was better.

Agreed. Madden never tried to be 2k.and certainly not madden 10.
