Makes sense because of I see taylor is an 80 but the 80 is for the browns scheme And I decide to trade for him them I'm gonna be suprised when his overall changes dramatically if he came to my team..

So a stud like a dez may be within 3 or 4 overall for everyone becasue hes a star....while a guy with an 82 for example ckild be an 82 for 1 team but a 70 for another based on scheme

I try to ignore overall, base my decisions on what players do well and fit what I want them to do.

So can I alter the scheme of any team to hiw I want to play. So for example right now I am the bears....I have no idea what there scheme but lets say right now for defensive ends is run stopper if I want I can change that to pass rushers then I need to make sure to get pass rushers for my de

Yes just change the player scheme to what you want, OR more importantly what fits your players the best.

It's more realistic if you ask me, to choose your scheme type and acquire or fit proper players into that scheme.
