Whats the best Madden?

Edit: Title should be edited to "Whats the best Madden (XBOX360)?"

Lately I've been getting the itch to play Madden again, but can't see myself buying Madden 16 (PS4) with so little time that I'll be able to play it over the next 4-5 months.

That being said, I haven't been a real big fan of the connected franchise mode, so I'm possibly looking to get an older Madden for XBOX 360 if the price is right. I do have Madden 15 (PS4) still, so if I feel the need to experience CFM some more, I can always pop that in.

While updated rosters aren't a must, I would like to be able to play with modified rosters to reflect the current season.

Thoughts/opinions?

Easy answer,'12 is the one you'd be looking for if you don't like connected franchise.It has great graphics and good game play and it's the only version you can edit ratings in franchise.I like using the editor that was made to change player potential ratings and create schedules,change playbooks,etc.

Check the rosters section .I know there are some that are updated to this season.You can find some good slider sets also.I know there are several when you do a search.
