I read in the new game nformer that the Owner Mode was unchanged, meaning they did nothing to make it better

Dont listen to game informer or any of these mags everything is woven together this year get rid of T.O and your merchandise sale will drop bring in ray lewis can boost ticket sales

Wasn't that part of 2004's owner's mode It was for me.

No not at all



They added a lot to the Owner Mode. Player happiness or personalties are included this year, the deal with the Tony Bruno Show and local newspapers to find out what players are happy/unhappy is new, performance based on a players attitude or emotional state that day etc....

Now I'm not sure if all of this will work well, but they did add some stuff that wasn't in last years Madden.

However they do say the day to day operations have gotten a huge facelift.
In any case I am more excited about ESPN but I will own both eventually. Why? Both games are completely different. I will use Madden as my "Owner" franchise, simply because I really like what they have to offer. Great stuff, so I'll be in "owner heaven"

ESPN will be my Coach/play franchise as the on field gameplay TO ME is superior this year to Madden.
Add that to their weekly prep stuff and I am in coaching heaven.
Bottom line: Both have a place in my XBOX.

Well said sky boxer and with espn coming out a month before madden at 19.99 both game should be in everyones collection...
