Practice Question

Does anyone use the practice mode in Franchise mode?

Do you fell it helps you prepare for the next team and is there any way to get the two teams to not be the same team or do you have to try to load in " like " ways of playing offense and defense?

I've only messed with it once but I didn't bother to check if you could load playbooks for other teams. If so, then you could just do like the real teams do and have your second string defense or offense run plays that the opponent would run to practice against.
