My main problem is with out routes. What plays should I run to atleast put some pressure on the receivers who run outs?

have you tried any plays that have zones out there? or I think you can set zones with the defensive hot routes...that might help out, at least worth a shot, i'm not a football guru

try the bump and run

If they're short yardage outs, use some of the flats protection. Or bump and run with a double team.
