But it just screwed me out of a touchdown. Koren Robinson caught a pass and was breaking away along the sideline. All of a sudden I hear a whistle and they call him out of bounds. Of course the challenge gets overturned, but, if this happened in real life, there would be a lot of upset people as there was no way he going to get caught.

I still support it. I'm just saying that this particular situation was unrealistic and should not have been programmed into the game. There is no good outcome for the offense as the player is going to be ruled down where they he was called out of bounds regardless of the outcome of the challenge since they stopped the play. I don't think I've seen this happen in a real game.

What would be the point of whining about a game against the CPU? I was just telling everyone about a sort-of amusing use of the challenge system. The main point of the post was to state that, if this happened in real life, people would be pissed which is why I closed the post with that. It wasn't to say, "Oh no, I was screwed out of some points and, now, I lost my second game ever. My Madden 2005 experience has been scarred forever. Boohoo."
