the 'role' the Xbox played in that murder was way overblown by the media. The house in question was believed to be abandoned, or at least indefinately unoccupied, and the guy had been 'squatting' in the house (go ahead, laugh.. i know you will). He got pissed because a relative of the owner (i think a niece or nephew) moved into the house for the summer. I believe they called the police on this guy a few times, too. The last time he left, he accused them of stealing his stuff, and that's when he made the statement that he was going to come back and kill them all with a baseball bat while they slept (which.. umm.. he did..). Afterwards, he found a box with all of his stuff in it (clearly not stolen..) off to the side and left the house. so, from what i understand from reading the 'sensationalized' news article, this guy was more pissed at losing his free crib, being challenged by some kids, and his stuff being 'stolen' (even though he left it somewhere he didn't belong)....
