Is there anybody on the net that made a cheat sheet for the formation shifts? Like something saying what formation each direction shifts you to out of every formation?

You set them up yourself. You can choose what each formation is.

Look in Coaching Strategy.

I saw them in coaching strategy? I didn't know you could change them though. I think I fooled around pressing buttons and nothing was happening so I thought it was there only to show which formation corresponded to which direction on the d pad. Thanks for the info though, I will mess with it next time I play.

I don't hink you can change them only look at them.

I believe that you can change your hot routes, I remember being able to do this. I can't remember what I did to do this though, sorry. As for playmaker, you can't change that up is streak, down is screen, etc.
