Madden 25. Which do you guys prefer? 360/PS3 or Xbox One/PS4?

Just can't stomach current Madden. Running feels like it's on puppet strings. Presentation is terrible. Among other things. I spend most of my time playing Head Coach (06 or 09 which I love both) and PS2 07 is still a gem but wanting something with the Read Option so Madden 25 jumps out at me. (I also love the 12/13 Redskins team.) So, I'm on Xbox. Which version is better? The 360 or the Xbox One? And what are the differences?

I prefer the Xbox one version because of true step and teams play to their strengths. Meaning a team like the Eagles will run Lesean McCoy and target DeSean Jackson so they'll run alot and take shots downfield using PA passes. Defense also feels more fun to play and AI seems better
