Can someone please go through the process of transfering rost from a computer to 360

I am trying to transfer rosters from my computer to a 360 with a flash drive. What are the steps? I also get the message "you cannot transfer between profiles" Any help would be appreciated thanks

you have to sign out of your profile and login with the profile thats included with the roster file load the roster then sign out of that profile and log in with yours.
