I've been hearing Thursday AM for the opening day roster update.

For most teams, the rosters on opening day will be at least one player different from what they were after Saturday's cuts. Some players that didn't make it with one team will land elsewhere, resulting in more cuts, and you can still expect some inaccuracies in the update.
