Madden 25 Roster Edit

I am trying to edit/personalize my Madden 25 roster on my xbox 360. Can anyone help me do this? What do I need to download and maybe some steps in the process. I have done this with NCAA 14 so I have some experience. Please help

HxD
Horizon and/or Modio

Download the editor in Xanthol's thread from the instructions page link I posted. Go to the 1st post for the link. Google the other programs and download them from their sites. All are freeware.
