Last gen madden rosters | Madden 11

Ive been trying to update the madden 11 roster. I haven't really got anywhere with this, so i decided to ask, if anybody has a M21 roster but for madden 11. I dont know how to convert from another madden game, if thats even possible.
I also cant seem to get my roster file from the game on to my desktop. If anyone has any ideas please pm me or respond to this thread.
