Explain the fumble Slider?

So, how does the fumble slider work? If I want to see less fumbles should the number higher or lower? A lower fumble number causes the over rushing number to increase, so does that mean a higher fumble number means less fumbles?

To see more fumbles lower the slider. Less fumbles raise the slider
