Difficulties in pass blocking

I am having difficulties in pass blocking.
My QB has hardly more than 3 seconds to throw the ball, while the CPU sometimes has up to 8-10 seconds of time to throw the ball !!!!.
What adjustment should I do to improve my pass blocking?

Slide the CPUs pass rush down and slide the CPUs pass blocking down until you find a comfortable balance you like for each.
