Way too many big plays... help?

So I've tried just about every slider set... just about every play goes for 10+ yards, both mine and the computer's, and it's really frustrating. Anybody have sliders that cut down on the huge plays and make it realistic?

Try mine with the threshold on 35, they should do the trick...
