looking for a set of full sim sliders

i know ive seen them somewhere before but just cant seem to find them again.im looking for a realistic set of sliders for starting a simulated franchise in owner mode. no playing at all just simming.ive never simmed games before so i dont know if theres a difference between clicking sim game in the actions bar or simming to next play in game each time.either way i wont be controlling any plays just letting the games play out them self.any help or advice on this would be of great help, thanks in advance.
