Help Me Pick My Franchise Team

I am looking for a below average-awful team that needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. This means they can't have a pro-bowl QB, WR, or RB that could carry the team. I also want to move my team to LA, LV, or SA so they should be in the south or west divisons, but they could be from anywhere...

Any suggestions?

Not much to choose from... Most teams atleast have a pimp in one of the 3 positions you listed...

go with detroit. 3 wr's that will some point in their career be pro bowlers and a bum azz qb.

I like Arizona, that was my orignal choice
The Browns are nice too, since they have no decent QB, RB had only one good year, although their QR's are good, esp. with B. Edwards, and K. Winslow for season 2

Oakland is way too good, even though they ahve no RB, their WR's are outstanding, and their QB is proven

As for the Lions, i dont want young prospects on my team that will be HOFers, my idea is to transform a crappy, older untalented team into a winner by the draft and free agency. Lions have 3 stud WR's, 1 stud RB and 2 decent QB's and may be headed to the playoffs

Arizona Cardinals (although they'll win the NFC West)
San Francisco 49'ers
New Orleans Saints (my 2nd favorite team)
Tampa Bay Succaneers
