Where are the Refs??

Hey, I know they have old Ed doin the mo-cap for the penalties and such, but where are the refs running around on the field and sidelines in the gameplay videos? Did EA say they would be left out, or maybe these videos aren't the final build where they will be put in . I haven't seen this discussed before, so please fill me in!

You know what...I just noticed that I haven't seen a ref in one of the actual gameplay videos yet. Interesting...

I can already hear it now: "Well, we didnt want to sacrifice our vision of the game. We didnt think refs are a key feature of the game, therefore we left em out of the gameplay. We will give you a cutscene though during key moments of the game since we paid this one ref alot to come in and motion capture for us."

Actually, im sure they will be in the game, because if they arent, man this game just keeps taking out stuff that have to be in games.

Guys, how about reading a book to pass the time instead of finding the most pointless things to cry about. Is the game really going to suffer if you don't see a referee running around on the field? "Wah, wah, wah, It's in the game......"

Good, I hope they are gone. Nothing worse than going over the middle for a pass, and running into the damn ref.

True, because I see tears running down all of our faces.

If you weren't interested, or didn't have an answer, you could've skipped this thread and saved yourself some time. You could've been reading that book you recommended to us instead.
