Came back from Gamestop and they are having some early preorder specail for Madden and they have boxes all around the store. I wish I had a picture but all I can say is how it looks. The box says in big red letters ESPN FOOTBALL presents Madden 07. Whos on the box was a suprise........3 players!!! All action photos Middle player with biggest pic was Big Ben, To the left was Carson Palmer and to the right of ben was the running back for Cleveland (can't remember his name #34)
An all AFC box?? I live in NFC country so I dont know if that IS the box or if there will be an NFC box also???

It was more than likely a photoshopped cover. They do that sometimes at those gamestores.

I had a friend who said Ladanian Tomlinson was going to be on last years madden box because he saw it at Gamestop. Turned out it was McNabb

Could be......but then again they never put 3 palyers on a box before. So do you think there will be 3 players like the box I saw?

No...we will find out who will be on the cover at E3...they always have that person doing an appearance or playing a game online.

What it means is that EA isnt going to announce who appears on the box by sending a box to Gamestop. The box you saw isnt the box for Madden 07. There could be 3 players but EA normally doesnt do that (Except for FIFA).

Ruben Droughns on the cover of Madden? Come on, get real. It's just a placeholder box used to remind people to pre-order, and is in no way the real, actual cover.

Gamestop and EB photoshop fake covers all the time. It's just more eye-catching than plain white with the logo.
