That's definately NOT 07. That actually looks better than 07. Vince Young in 07 is a big OGRE. The jersey in those pics look better than 07 too.

With how horrible the defense was in 07, you'd think they have a defensive player on the cover, like Champ Bailey, Shawn Merriman, or Adrian Wilson

1 up screens are definatley 08.

Also I'd bet what they are doing is the same thing they are doing in NCAA. Emphasis on leadership and guys that get in the zone.

Jerseys look really good to me. Definitely LOOKS better than 07 ..now does it PLAY better?? LB might be onto something though with the leadership thing.
