Playfaking Question

Hey, I have a basic question that applys to both maddens. I used to remember how to play fake for the 360. Meaning how do I select my play from the playbook first, but then make it look like I chose another play? If that makes sense, I really need to know for a tourny tommorow. Thanks

P.S. I remember it having something to do with the X button.

I think it's different in Madden 08. If you just push A you select the play. If you hold A, it selects the play you have highlighted...but you are still able to look through the current playbook in order to bluff your opponent. I may be wrong.

In 07 i think you hit X and it'll select that as your play (it will make a sound). If you hit Y, it will make that sound also, but it does nothing but bluff your opponent.
