Why isn't fumble stat tracking for QB's WR's or Special Teams in Madden 08 360?

After looking at my season stats last night in my franchise I discovered that there isn't a statistical record being kept for fumbles for QB's, WR's or special teams. Why is this? If you look closely at the stats the only turnovers that are recorded are fumbles lost by a RB and QB int's. This means that the turnover differntial stat tracking in Madden 08 is totally flawed. I went back and looked at Madden 07 for the 360 and its the same way.

I then went back at looked at Madden 07 for the PS2 and what do you know, all fumbles are kept track of. So I ask you, why is a key element in the game of football not recorded in our "next gen" Madden?

Because EA likes to take things away from you and then give them back. For once I would like to see every feature from the best version of last gen brought over to the next gen console.

I think its due to size limitations on the DVD.

Honestly, I've always wanted them to track more stats. Penalties for Offensve Lineman, Starts, Games Played, for Cornerbacks the number of times thrown at and completed against.

I am pretty much a stat freak plus I thik it would help with progression.
