Will the European release be delayed again?

For as long as I can remember, the day before Madden was scheduled to be released here in Europe, it was delayed by a week or two. Currently the release date in the United Kingdom is August 15th, can I expect the game to be released on this day or on August 14th will there be an announcement that it's going to be delayed untill August 31st or something?

Pretty sure EA always delay it till the day after opening day obviously a friday but with the wembley game and increased popularity who knows.

The official German release is August 28th and since we all get the same version in Europe I think that's the same date for the UK (and the rest of Europe) as well.

A delay of 14 days but only EA knows why.
But at least it will be released. I have very little hope of seeing Head Coach 2 over here.

I was going to order from the US (or rather Videogames+ in Canada) but I decided to take em at their word this time.

Yup, taking EA at their word, there's a joke right there

Ive got this on pre-order with a online retailer in the UK and they confirmed to me that they are awaiting EA-UK to release stock to get delivered to them.

They had been told this should be released on Mon/Tues, to get to them the day after and thus my order (in this example) will get released that night.

Best case for me is a Wednesday 13/8 delivery, probably Thursday and worst case release day of 15/8

I am very confident that there will be no delay, if there is.....
