How Do I Make Sure I've Got The Latest Roster Set On My PS3?

I am having trouble finding where I should download rosters on the PS3 in my Madden 09. I believe there was a 1.1 patch I've installed. Is there another roster update? How exactly do I go about downloading it in the game and how do I make sure I've got the latest and greatest roster update?

Start an online game, if you're outdated then you'll be prompted to save the rosters
