Contra-Ratings (Bad Ratings for non-accountants)

As we all know some players are consistantly distractions for their teams, or choke-artists. How about a rating that diminishes the effect of other stats, or effects teammates stats? The star wide reciever has been running his mouth saying he doesn't get the ball enough, wants a new contract, or is holding out. As a result the QB and WR take rating hits in certain categories to reflect their frustration. Or a stat to represent the players that get rattled in key situations. QBs and RBs that chronically find ways to lose a game.

You mean much like coaches give bonuses to positions have situations that influence ratings too?
I guess if you had a little warning too. Like a report saying "TO feels the QB is showing no love". If you keep ignoring him he makes a fuss, eventually turning into 'bad chemistry' or something of the like. The only way to fix it is to get the ball to him more and increase his morale, or trade/drop him.
In turn should there be some positive ones then?
