Seeing the whole field

Hey I was wondering is anyone able to play Madden while seeing from sideline to sideline, well not the full sidelines but atleast to the point where you can see the WR and the CB line up?

I know this would have to be in widescreen but does anyone know if its possible?

I can usually see to the sidelines on my widescreen during they play but if it is pre-play you are talking about then not usually unless you are in the view where your further back then yes for pre-play...

Yeah dude, unfortunately those of us who don't have a widescreen are still gettin screwed on seeing the whole field. I tried to change it but there is no fix. If you're reading this Ian, (happy b-day I guess) and would it be possible to understand that not everyone is looking at this game on a 10,000 HDTV and make an option to switch the presentation format for a widescreen aspect on a 4:3 TV? That would rock.

You can squeeze the widescreen format onto a 4:3. Just go to your 360 dashboard and go to "screen format". Change it from Standard to Widescreen.

An in game option to change the presentation would be a great idea.

Re: Seeing the whole field

This is a good idea, but HDTVs have gone way down in price lately. I bought a nineteen inch TV for my room at Wal-Mart for $320 on sale.

Keep in mind that the PS3 does NOT have this option as far as I know.
