This is badly needed back
I forgot Madden had all of those player role. Madden franchise would be so much better with those features or something similar to it

Player roles made you actually strive for something. It was always cool to see a guy lose his role and then pick it up the next season because he played better.

I liked the reward/penalty system they used and miss it.

should be brought back.now it should effect the player's morale etc...

ill be happy if they just make a ps2 like (as in its wonderful features) madden with great graphics.they just went way off the damn wall when went next gen.

LOL!

I always thought the Next Gen Madden would look and play better (which in 2011 it totally does IMO) but retain the very enjoyable franchise mode.

It was stripped down and to this day I don't understand what the hell happened.

2012 should be the year of the franchise mode we all hope and know Madden can deliver.

Excellent idea. They took out all the good features for next gen in my opinion.

It is UNBELIEVABLE that this stuff was actually in PS2/Xbox Madden 2007 and has never been in a next -gen Madden. If they could come up with something that immersive in 2006, we should already have an even deeper version of this in 2010.
