They changed defensive audibles for madden 10!

My bad, videos are up apparently now... Just watched Ian's video about audibiling from E3 which is new... Didn't really here about the defense though...

When your on defense and you call an audible the players will now stay at home and not run all over the field. They stay in the formation that you are in but switch to the play you called! I love this! How many times did you see this last year where people would just hike the ball when your players were running across the field after you audibled? I never understood why they did that or made the audibles like that, but it's gone so no more need to worry!

In case your wondering where i got the info, coach ruckus radio show last night on his website. Apparently he spoke with Ian cummings at E3 and is releasing that video next week with like 8 other games including these teams...

I always used formation audibles so my players wouldn't move, I don't think it was very hidden either.

i also used them but it was so frustrating when CPU know i called it every time no one would move but as soon as i called it the CPU would change their play.

this is the big problem on both sides of the ball. You cannot fake the computer in Madden. The computer needs to have a split where it independently is unaware of your changes and tries to "guess" instead of "knowing" I could give countless examples of the computer "knowing." [in the past I have]
