Is it just me or is the stadium PA announcer not functioning properly. I turn down the color guys and only hear the PA guy announce play results every once in a while at random. In NCAA the PA guy says something after every play. Do I need to change some setting or is this feature defective?

Thank god, cuz he got old about 8 years ago.
