Up and coming coaches

Was wondering who would be good to use as a coach in CCM. Retired coaches came to mind, then college coaches. Wasn't satisfied and found this article:

Talks about some coordinators that are likely going to be head coaches in the future. Thought some of you all would like it.

Also, if you know of lesser know guys that could become great coaches, any ideas would be appreciated.

Brian Kelly would be interesting. I made Brady Hoke in gameface and made him the head coach of the Browns. Just got it where hoke was in a scandal or something of that nature at Michigan and decided to jump ship to the Pro's.

I'm a Michigan man so I thought about Hoke too. They beat Alabama and i might!

I think I'll make a game face jay gruden now if I fail with the bills. Fire Gailey and draft a QB. Seems like that is what Gruden is for.

That'd be pretty cool man. I picked the browns because I can't replace Jim shwartz aka Gym Shorts lol. But yeah the gameface of brady Hoke turned out AWESOME. but the only complaint is his coach profile pic has him in pads
