I was messing around with owner mode trying to gauge the best ways to run a team in this game...and right after my 8th season the CPU popped up and told me that the Miami Dolphins were moving to Richmond and would now be known as the Richmond Bulls! Obviously I was schocked and I had to get here ASAP to tell everyone.

That's cool aslong as it is not too often. I noticed several stadium name changes. Like the Eagles stadium became named after some oil company.

nice! thanks for the info, I was wondering about this. Like he said, I just hope it doesn't happen too often.

oh, and the stadium selling their names is really cool, a great way to get some extra cash.

Wow, that's great. I always wondered if the CPU was going to relocate. So does it also renovate, rebuild and upgrade?

I had a feeling that maybe the CPU would do that, because if you notice at the end of a season in Franchise it says "relocating teams" or something like that during the loading period before you get to the offseason menu. That makes me think that after each year each team's situation is evaluated as far as the status of their stadium and the overall stability of the franchise.

I saw the 49ers and Cardinals get new stadiums.

In one franchise I bulit the Jets a new place and had it called "Clarify Management Field". Al even introduced it in the game!

The CPU teams also rebuild stadiums too. Arizona and San Fran have both done it in my franchise. But then the Cardinals moved to Mexico City and became the Mexico City Cougars.
